Salutations!! Say hello to James Lozier. Many of his friends call him "Big Jim," as he is 6 foot 9. Jim was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Brownell-Talbot College Preparatory School. Jim attended Colorado State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology. He always says "don't hold that against me because my wife was born and raised in Cheyenne, is a University of Wyoming graduate, so I am Wyoming through and through." Jim met his wife in Arizona, and they were blessed to be able to raise two beautiful daughters. Both Jim and his wife retired from law enforcement, in the Phoenix Metro Area, after 27 years. The last 8 years of his law enforcement career, he worked as an SVU detective. Following their retirement, Jim and his wife made the decision to move back to Cheyenne to be closer to family. Since moving back here, Jim has had the great fortune and privilege to be able to assist with the training of bird dogs at the Hongo Kennels. Jim's hobbies which he enjoys immensely is pistol and shotgun shooting, bicycling, hiking, fishing and/or anything outdoors with his wife and their dogs.

Jim is a driven person that thrives on challenges and opportunities for growth. His experiences have taught him to pay attention to people and details, which translates into his being a meticulous and dedicated real estate sales professional. Jim's customers and clients have so much confidence in him and often comment about the fact that he always has every detail in order.
