Seller reviewJennifer went above and beyond for us. Before the property was officially listed she was in constant communication with us and working directly with our contractors so that we could focus on a family emergency and continue to meet our timelines. She attended all of our inspections and was by our side as we navigated putting in a new septic system. She has the knowledge needed to ensure her borrowers and/or sellers are not taken advantage of.

He visited the sight , sent us prictures and surveyed similar sales in the area which may not have been easy since it was not a usual piece of property. Jim was also very patient while we gathered the background and necessary records to enable us to sell this property.

Seller reviewWhen Jim approached us about selling our house we really had not thought about a realtor. He saw us loading vehicles and just stopped in. Our thoughts were we needed to empty and get rid of stuff from living in the house over 30 years and then talk to a realtor. He made it easy for us by taking that step away. We worried about the emptying and he worried about the sale. Thank you Jim!

If he didn't have an answer to a question he let us and then contacted the right people to get us the answer. He handled negotiations with the seller's agent in a timely and professional manner. Homebuying is stressful enough and Jim did his very best to make it as smooth as possible. I'm also impressed that he's followed up after the sale to make sure negoiated repairs are still moving forward. Fantastic agent to work with!
