I believe James is one of the best realtors we have ever met or encountered. Looking for mine and my wife's first home was a very stressful and time consuming process. We used 2 realtors prior to James and to say the least he blew them out of the water. Super knowledgeable, punctual, acccessicible and considerate of all the needs of a first time home buyer. Very witty with ins and outs of a home and negotiations. He really knows how to get it done. Looked for 9 months prior to finding James and he got us set up with exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted in 1 month. He helped us hone in exactly what we needed and wanted and found us the house we needed/wanted. If you aren't using James it is truly your loss as a buyer.
