Buyer reviewWhile visiting my family in Aptos I met Jan and I shared that I wanted to move to the area. We kept in touch for over a year and when I next visited my family she found a house for me-just perfect for me. Jan explained the purchase every step of the way. She answered all my questions and made sure I had written copies of all transactions that were made online. And returned my calls in a timely manner. I have no complaints about the experience. I would never been aware of the adult village that she showed me. I was happy, my family was happy also. When I told her my budget and nixed mobile homes, she found me a "stick house". Jan shared my joy and enthusiasm at the conclusion of my purchase. I look forward to moving to my home in Watsonville soon. My family and I enjoyed working with her.
