She was responsive to all communication, usually responding to text and calls within minutes. She was masterful in heping us think through negotiations and represented our best interest on every front. If buying or selling in the region again, we will work with no one else!

Jana was amazing! We stumbled across one of her listings on Zillow and called to set up a time to view the property. Jana was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. We were coming from the Detroit area and with my husbands work schedule, our options were limited but Jana worked around our schedules and we were able to see the property within a few days. Once we saw the property, we decided to put in an offer. We left the property and before we got home, Jana called to say it was accepted. We closed six days later. No one could believe we were able to close that fast. Jana is truly amazing. She is trustworthy, honest, sincere, knowledgeable, friendly, caring,reliable, respectful, responsive and shows attention to detail. About being responsive, she would always call or text us back with any questions or concerns we had within half an hour. In most cases, it was even quicker. My husband is not easily impressed with most people, but he was definitely impressed with Jana!

Jana is the best!!!! My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers. Before contacting Jana, we had been with two other realtors who just didn't know the area well enough/ didn't provide the information that we needed as first time homebuyers...We contacted Jana and she was amazing from the very beginning!! She helped us understand everything, looked out for us and made us feel safe in our decision. She was very supportive, responsive and informative. We always knew we could bother her with our 1000 first-time buyers questions and she didn't bat an eye!! She was truly a great person to work with and we will definitely be reaching out to work with her again in the future. Very professional and just all around wonderful person. Will definitely refer her when given the chance!
