She facilitated extra inspections when we needed them (patiently and cheerfully, even when vendors failed, wasted her time, and rescheduled then failed again). Janice's friendly nature calmed us when a few things went wrong and delayed the close of escrow (caused by a last minute disclosure from the other side that required extra work and diligence on her part). It took us a little time to find just the right house... Janice had a broken foot when we first began looking, yet she hobbled around properties with us in a medical boot! She not only understands real estate and knows the area. Janice Davies is also good natured and fun! Thanks to Janice, my husband and I have a beautiful property in an ideal neighborhood to call home.
