She had to really push to get information from them and understand the process She stayed on top of it and got us closed which I really was happy as we were homeless, having sold our home in Florida early. I would recommend her because as an outsider she could help people understand what they could do to maximize the look of their property to increase value. Co ops are different and she now has an understanding of the process and can help negotiate the deal smoothly. She did a terrific job for us.
