Janneska Fernandez went above and beyond to help us sell our property. She kept in close contact with us about any changes and discoveries she made while supervising the movers. Janneska was available whenever we had a question. She explained everything so we could understand the process and was so knowledgeable about the process of selling our property. When the sellers were not forthcoming or cooperative during the closing she was there representing us and protecting us by utilizing her knowledge of contracts.
