After I met with Jasmine, I immediately had a sense of comfort that she would do everything she could to support me during the sale of my dad's home. So interacting with an agent sensitive to probate and all of the emotional dynamics with the sale was important. Jasmine understood the assignment. Jasmine was very responsive, respectful and professional. She was sensitive to the amount I needed to pay off the mortgage and recoup the money I personally put into the home prior to the sale and in preparation of the sale. Jasmine was relentless in her negotiations and very patient. She kept me updated every step of the way. I always felt like I was a priority. Buyer reviewThis was our first home purchase and due to some lease changes we were on a time constraint making things a little more stressful. Jasmine was great with answering all our questions so quickly and was always on top of getting us in to see homes as quick as possible. We ended up with a great place in the exact area we wanted at a perfect price point.
