Jason transitioned into real estate brokerage after a career in the remodeling and commercial fit-out industry. Having run his own contracting business for over 10 years - serving property owners, GCs, and commercial developers alike - Jason brings a level of efficiency, comfort with negotiation, and eye for contract detail well-suited for the broker role. Also a long-time investor - spanning single-family, flex space, and raw land asset classes - Jason understands how to work the numbers, and what distinguishes great agents from 'your' perspective.

An avid traveler, Jason relocated to Asheville in the summer of 2022 after a 27,000-mile road trip across North and Central America in his custom-built campervan, in search of the perfect mountain town. Now firmly planted in Western North Carolina, as he and his wife Simone (originally from Brevard) prepare to build a home here, Jason has reset his sights on helping others find success through well-guided real estate transactions. Leading by example in his personal and professional endeavors helps Jason better connect with others looking to buy, sell, develop, or lease along their own path.

With his limited discretionary time outside family life as a new dad, Jason serves as President of the Board of two HOA's, manages rental property, and stays active outdoors hiking and playing tennis.
