Jay was very great at explaining the process with the inspections and Missouri regulations regarding the purchase of this home. I had never had a well on my previous home purchases, he was excellent at explaining the testing and any other questions I had. When I was doing this process I was still living out of state and working at that time also. Jay was very accessible and understanding on my availabilty to call hime back and speak to him while I was still working, He was on top of all aspects of the sale. EX: inspections going line by line explaining in detail what could be done to fix any issues. Also keeping me on track with any deadlines on contracts etc. Jay and his wife were very compassionate with me. My husband had passed away in March and my oldest daughter was getting married in Missouri in late June. They knew my deadlines and kept me on track to be able to close on my purchase before my daughters wedding,.
