Jean Sehic was extremely professional the first time we talked, and she provided options and guidance regarding market timing, and what I needed to do to get the most money for the property I wanted to sell. Her reviews online, and the competence she conveyed over the phone made me feel at ease securing her as an agent. Initially I chose to hold off selling my property, while I coordinated a new job and bought a new house prior to selling my old one....not only did she make herself available to answer questions at any time, she genuinely enjoys helping people in all aspects of real estate (and she does it in a totally non-high pressure way). Once I decided to move forward, she kept in constant communication with me and made herself available via email, phone, and even inconvenienced herself to work around my schedule (which is a 3 hour time zone difference). She had answers for every question I asked and walked me through every step of the paperwork pertaining to the sale. Easy-going, professional, excellent communication skills, and an expert with years of experience in real estate (I was not a first time buyer/seller). She also has a knack for timing all the moving parts of paperwork, transactions, to be as efficient and possible while causing minimal disruption to the people involved (let's face it...it's a stressful thing to move, or buy or sell a hoe). Jean does things right the first time so that there is no duplication of effort on anyone's part. I would not hesitate to use Jean as an agent for either buying or selling a house. She earned my trust and my business with her professionalism. Every step of the way she went above and beyond what I would have expected. She even helped my mom with a multitude of things while I was away on business! Jean ended up selling my place for more than I expected given the time constraints and the market at the time it was listed.
