Buyer reviewWe were assigned to Jeff by chance through a HSV Disovery Tour through the POA. This would mean that Jeff would function as our local guide to HSV. Our interest was in purchasing a lot in HSV. Well, we sure believe that we won the lottery with drawing Jeff as our guide. Jeff has a great amount of knowledge about the layout of the village (inside and outside), how the village functions, and the history of the village. We had researched a list of lots and Jeff provided quick feedback on his thoughts on them. In addition, Jeff also provided a list of lots that he thought matched our specific requirements. In the end, we ended up purchasing property from his list. Jeff went above and beyond in providing pointers, was very easy to contact and always quickly responded to our questions. We highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for an agent for either a house search or property search in the area. Thank you Jeff!

That said, when this property came up for sale he knew that i was friends with at least 10 other agents and 3 other brokers. Jeff has ALWAYS maintained a very high standard of professionalism and this transaction is no different. Excellent availability, incredible knowledge of the HSV area and very helpful. 5 stars ... even if we had not known each other for 23 years. knowledgeable, friendly, highly intelligent and customer (buyer) oriented
