My hometown Century 21 realtor connected me with Jennifer as I looked to relocate to DFW. I lucked out. From our first 10-minute phonecall to discuss my expectations, Jennifer Szwec began working day and night to ensure that my unique needs (all my pets, price range, etc.) were met. She kept me informed at all times via text (my preference) and lined up an efficient but thorough showing day of five properties. Afterwards, if anything did not line up that was outside of our control she communicated with me instantly and had already begun looking into a resolution that she knew would make me happy--whether a different property, neighborhood closer to city, whatever it may be. At no point did I doubt she was working exclusively in my best interests, and I would be a fool not to work with her in the future when I'm ready to buy. She fully supported my desire to rent for my first year in a new place while I figure out if this is the right move for me. You won't find a harder worker.

Jennifer was very thorough with the documentation process and made sure that everything was taken care of. She made sure to answer any questions that I had and was very knowledgeable about what steps we needed to take. I felt comfortable that she had everything taken care of throughout the process and was on top of the paperwork and documentation. She was also very helpful in guiding me through the negotiation process as this was my first home purchase and I was unsure of how to do it. Jennifer was available every time I called and even met me for showings on the weekends and evening. I appreciated that she was also willing to meet the inspector for my home inspection as I wasn't available to go there myself. She video called me and let me meet with the inspector while he was in the home so I could ask questions as he went through the inspection. Jennifer was very professional and it was a pleasure to work with her! She was very communicative when I had questions and was willing to ask her colleagues for advice when she wasn't sure how to answer them. I appreciated her honesty in that she didn't have every answer, but would seek them out so that she knew she was giving me the best information possible. She always answered her phone and replied to texts and emails quickly. I would highly recommend her to other prospective home buyers. I had a fantastic experience with Jennifer Szwec and am a happy first time home owner!
