My brother found Jessica through a repairman. I agreed to meet her and liked her instantly. More so after the interior decorator/stager she brought with her discussed suggested modifications to our father's home that would help increase the sale price of the house. Everything went smoothly. Jessica was always available when I called and quick to respond/act if need be. I've used other real estate agents before, but I would recommend Jessica over anyone else now. Jessica has a better vision, sees potential, and has better connections for getting things done (repairwork, electrical, tile work, landscaping, etc.). The staging was phenomenal as were pictures and video. I'm also going to recommend that staging is always done when selling a home from now on. It definitely helps. My father's house looked like a magazine cover (living room) once it was finished being staged!
