Buyer reviewJoey is a close friend but also a contractor which was a major factor in my buying process. He understands the buying process along with what to look for in a home from a contracting perspective. Maintenance, costs, etc. He was checking in pretty much daily throughout the process to make sure we had what we needed. Joey sent listings that fit our criteria and always helped us stray away from homes that we thought might be good but later determined was not right with his expertise.
