The sale was handled extremely well. Everything was broken down and explained to us on a level we could understand. Joe made the process painless. We were very impressed with Joe from the day we met him to the close of the sale. He is a great young man to work with. Everything was great!

Seller reviewCalled looking for a previous agent used at this agency only to learn she retired. I was really fond of Kathleen and disappointed ivwouldn't be working with her again. Joe stepped in her shoes and filled the role well. I was very pleased. It was kinda like losing an old dog but having the new pup win you over. (Without having to deal with the chewed-up shoes and housebreaking.) He darn sure worked as hard as Kathleen and that is feat in itself. An i really think he had her beat in use of technology and online marketing and research tools.
