Buyer reviewWe greatly appreciated John Constant's commitment to providing us with all the information we needed to make such an important decision in our lives. He was extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process. It took me a great deal of time to find a place I wanted to call home, and John was patient showing us all of our selected properties. The first contract we settled on we ended up cancelling due to inspection results. John was extremely cautious along with us in ensuring we were protected from buying a home that needed a new roof and seller wasn't willing to negotiate. That in and of itself is a big reason as to why we would recommend him to all our friends and family. In addition to the purchase of our new home, once we put our current home on the market we will be asking John to handle all of that for us. You would not go wrong in seeking his professional, timely, and honest services.

Seller reviewI had a huge amount of personal property in my house which had to be dealt with before it could be photographed and listed. I also needed time to get a new home before I could leave my house, as well as time to move out. John understood my concerns and worked with me in a friendly, professional manner. He even took the last can of garbage to the curb for pickup and brought it in before the closing. He gave me support, encouragement and peace of mind; not to mention results!
