I have been a Broker for Century 21 North Homes for eighteen years in Real Estate including a few years in Property Management as well. I grew up in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington in art education. Prior to coming to Century 21 I was a Visual Merchanting Manager for several years moving to a Project Coordinator of Construction and On Site Manager of Construction. I then spent time with the Seattle school district on a Mobil Art curriculum team. I have sold homes between Seattle, Kent, Sedro Woolley and Bremerton among a few. I have worked with Joni for a decade. She helped countless times for me to rent out the unit. She helped find me repairmen for maintenance issues. I am out of the area, so this was very helpful. She is a trustworthy person who you can depend on. I am the type of person who gets a vibe from someone and likes to do know that someone's word is worth a lot, and hers certainly is. Joni showed up to meet realtors after hours, assisted with concierge issues and so much more. She staged the unit for free, cleaned it, etc. It took months to sell the unit, but Joni had the patience to make it happen. We took it off, carpeted it, painted it, etc. and she finalized all the details.

Joni Reis found the perfect buyer for the property! Someone who will love the place. She took beautiful photos of the panorama view from the home to post. Joni really worked at presenting the place, held open houses, and was always willing to take the ferry over to Kitsap County to deal with anything that came up.
