Seller reviewBeing far from the property sold (about 3.5 hours drive), Julie took the initiative to do what I think I should have done as the owner. All I have to do is communicate with her. Thru this whole transaction, I believe we only visited La Jolla twice. She saved us a lot of time and driving.
