His knowledge and guidance on the sale of our property was greatly appreciated, as we had never sold a home before and did not know the process or what to expect. Joe walked us through the whole process, explaining every step along the way. We had moved prior to the sale of the home; Joe was very mindful of the distance we had to travel for any face-to-face discussions and kept these to a minimum. I would highly recommend Mr. Ricci to anyone looking to sell their property.
