Seller reviewHere's how it was: Josie was a close friend of my Mom's (I knew her quite well) and this was the sale of my Mom's home after her death. It was my mother's wish that we use Josie. But I can't say enough good things about her. She absolutely went above and beyond every step of the way. I live two hours away. We did a lot of fixing up. Josie recommended who to use in many cases. Josie came to let in the workmen and paid them (I Venmoed her the money in advance). Josie made sure the garbage was taken out (along with a neighbor). She arranged the estate sale and arranged to have all unwanted items removed. She was an advisor, a friend, and of course completely trustworthy. She knows the business well. We got top dollar and the commission was absolutely fair. Josie is the best.
