Chris was amazing! We truly appreciated the open communication we had with him. We found the house we loved while he was camping on Memorial Day weekend and he took the time out of his vacation to write up our offer and communicate with the selling agent. He is amazing at negotiating and ended up getting more closing costs for us after our inspection. Chris is very trustworthy and was very upfront with us about issues past clients had with a certain builder. We were overall very pleased with our expereince with Chris and Century 21 Everest!

We met first reached out to Chris in August of 2023. We then went through a weird time in our lives and decided we weren't ready to purchase. Chris was patient, checked in on us, and reached out to see if there was anything he do could do help. When we were ready to take the plunge because of how patient and not pushy Chris was we went to him over family. He respected our needs and was proactive in suggestions on what could benefit us. He took the time out to show us numerous houses around Utah. He answered all of our questions and ensured our kids had exactly what we wanted for them. Chris's communication can't be beat. He has great attentive to detail, he listens, he's approachable and friendly. You can tell his passionate about his work and you can tell he puts his all into his clients. Chris helped us find our dream home and we will always recommend him!
