The reason I chose Josh is because I knew how dependable of a person he is, and also no other realtor was going to go to the lengths Josh would go to help me find a home for my family. Josh was there every step of the way. When we first started and I was just looking, or when we advanced to looking at houses all over the metro area from Farmington all the way to Elk River where I found my beautiful home! Never once complained, but instead stayed positive at times where I was feeling down helping me through the whole process. It was my first time buying a house and there was so much information thrown at me I couldn't have imagined not having Josh Olson by my side through it all. If I ever have to move or sell my house, Josh will be my first and second option! I would also point out my wife was with me almost every house we looked at, and said she was very comfortable around Josh and and had great conversations about different aspects of the houses we looked at.
