Joyce gave us her expert opinion as to what was needed to be done at our house in order to create the best presentation possible for interested buyers. If we ever had a question or concern, we'd contact her, and she'd get back to us right away and answer our questions or handle what was needed. Even though I was hesitant to ask for the asking price, she assured me that it was worth a try and would give us some leeway room for negotiation. In less than a week, our house got an offer quite a bit above our asking price which pleased us tremendously! My trust in her has skyrocketed!
