Seller reviewWe were not familiar with the current market conditions of Del Webb or really what was involved in buying or selling our home. It was important to us that we were involved with someone who knew the community. Judy Laytham provided that first hand infomation by living there herself. Judy was always available for us and very willing to be flexible to meet our needs. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Seller reviewI really appreciated Judy's insights and I dealt comfortable in her helping me ! She was very outgoing , smart and we even had some laughs! She iss a good agent! Great! I really did not know what to do at the time , but Judy made careful suggestions and it worked well! I never sold a property before and had a million questions which Judy was so helpful in answering! It was hard for me to sell my parents house after their passing. She was very patient with me and did explain things to me! Judy is very outgoing and knowledgeable.She is bubbly and helpful! I would recommended Judy as a Real Estate Agent! She is very kind and has good ideas w/ respect to fixing houses and she iss kind!
