In my 29+ years of experience I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes. My business goal has always been to obtain the most money for my clients in the shortest possible time, with the least amount of hassle. More than 50% of my business today comes from past client referrals or repeat business; people referring someone they care about to someone they trust.My clients are my top priority and always #1! My personal goal has always been to listen to my clients needs, time frames, and financial objectives to give them the most positive experience whether selling or buying a home. Seller reviewJudy Martin is an excellent Realtor. Any problems we had with the unit she would answer, "I've got a guy for that". She was completely professional yet personable. We were out of state sellers and not available quickly and she was always available and knowledgeable. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Seller reviewI interviewed 3 other agents before selecting Judy Martin. We felt that she listened to our needs and gave us good advice. Something very important is that we moved out of state before the house was put on the market. We trusted Judy with our house and felt that she would take care of whatever came up in the pursuit of the sale. We weren't disappointed as several matters with the house came up and Judy handled them professionally and to our satisfaction. The biggest thing for us was that we trusted her and didn't have to worry about the sale from 3000 miles away. We heartily recommend Judy and are so pleased that she was our agent. She put me at ease and made me feel she would "take care" of everything. My anxiety level was lowered because of Judy's attention to the many aspects of the sale.
