Julie and her husband grew up in Le Mars and lived in Colorado for 10 years before deciding to move back to Le Mars with their 2 young daughters. She says she loves being a "hometown, homegrown girl." She said she was inspired to enter real estate by the process of selling their current home. Buyer reviewI usually wouldn't give "Excellent" ratings on a survey for every single metric but Julie exceeded even the "Excellent" rating. Is there an "Awesome" or "Out of the World" rating? If so, we would give it. This is the second time we have listed with her. Our first home sold in 10 days. Our second home sold in 24 hours. Julie was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. So grateful to have her on our home buying and selling "speed dial".

She appeared to be quite knowledgeable with her craft and would promptly get back to us if we had questions she couldn't immediately answer . All in all, a very pleasant experience working with this Century 21 agent . I would certainly recommend her to any friends that might need help in the world of realty .
