Not only did she help with the complexity of buying a home under enormous stress of a relocation, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and eased our transition. She is an expert in the area, totally responsive, accessible, brilliant and just wonderful. I can't recommend her highly enough. If we decide to ever move (which I doubt since she found us our perfect house) I will never call anyone else.

She listened to our needs and kept me posted throughout the process. Being far from where we were moving I felt I could trust Kara and that she would be able to help us find the home we were looking for in this market. Kara never disappointed and she got us the first showing at the house we now own. We Facetimed for the first walk through and before I saw the house she said "This is the one!", I knew right then we were going to place an offer. She knew exactly what we were looking for and sure enough we now live in the home! Thank you for so much and everything you did Kara. Kara was always very helpful and had great insight into my questions. I had plenty! Selling a house is a stressful event and she made it much easier on me! She was also very quick to respond to my messages! Everything went very well! The whole process was very easy.
