To be honest, at first we thought her recommended listing price was on the high side. We were wrong, because we sold the house in a week, despite a similar house being on the market down the street for over $100k more. Karen does a ton of research, knows the market and knows how to sell a home. Karen Crocco is super kind and also fun to be. She really understood our needs and never complained when we wanted to go back to a house we just saw in the same day...In fact, she was smart to insist upon it. She was very good in making sure our teen children were not left out of the process as well. We ultimately bought that home!
