Karen did a wonderful job of getting us in our requested properties quickly (time was very much a factor with this current market). While we didn't spend much time in the houses we didn't like, it was important to be able to see them in person to gauge factors like location and neighborhood. She was also extremely helpful in facilitating our initial offer (and subsequent) counteroffer with our home purchase. She also facilitated a previous offer for us in a VERY timely matter (house had only been on the market for hours).
