She dealt with issues as they happened and communicated with me regularly as needed. She did more than expected for me to get the best price possible. I was convinced I would not be able to find a place in Ann Arbor within my price range, and I had already starting preparing for finding an apartment to rent for the next few years until the market became less challenging for someone in my position. But she was persistent (respectfully) and refused to quit! I never doubted her ability; I simply believed it couldn't happen for me right now regardless of my realtor. But she proved me wrong.
