Kasha was AMAZING. Nothing to improve upon - she is an INCREDIBLE, straightforward, go-getter of a realtor and I was so thankful for her guidance and patience with me through this process. She was honest and clearly has a ton of experience in selling houses. This was essential to me, as the entire sale happened while I was in Florida and she was in CT. We were able to speak regularly over the phone, via text, phone calls, and facetime, and kept me abreast of the status of the sale. I trusted her throughout the process to be clear and honest about expectations and she was an incredible guide for me as a first-time house seller. She was responsible with the handling of documents and communications with the buyers realtor and executed everything quickly and efficiently. I will DEFINITELY recommend her in the future to folks selling/buying in the Hartford/Bristol area!!! Thank you Kasha!

I don't have a lot of dealings with realtors, but I felt like Kasha did a lot more for me than what was necessary. This was my first home purchasing experience and I looked to her for a lot of guidance which she was happy to provide. I'll definitely be using her again in the future.
