Buyer reviewI am an active duty service member stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I am moving back to the U.S. and began my search for homes in Virginia back in October. I started with an agent from another realty. That agent was helpful at first but eventually was difficult to reach, did not tailor the properties to what I was looking for, and was not responsive in the homes that I expressed interest in. Kathy Colville and her team were a breath of fresh air after I was recommend to her by a family member. Kathy was not only one of the kindest and genuine people that I have met, but I immediately noticed her efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism. She made herself available anytime I had a question and did not stop until she got me an answer. I couldn't be more satisfied with how Kathy and her team helped in securing my first home purchase. It was a true pleasure working with her. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a home!
