Buyer reviewAs a first time homebuyer, I only have a few other (brief) experiences with other agents to compare to, but I truly cannot imagine the home buying experience going any more smoothly than it did with Kathy. We are so glad she came recommended by a family member. Not only was she knowledgeable and came with years of experience, but she cared to take the time to freely and fully explain the various parts of the process to us, which we very much appreciated as first timers (sometimes you don't know what questions to ask)! But we always felt in the know due to her excellent communication and learned a great deal throughout. However I think what impressed me most was her extremely approachable, friendly, and a calm/positive demeanor. She was truly such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the area.
