Kathy Schon graduated from University of Montana in 1994 with a Bachelors in Botany and Environmental studies. She took her education and started a career working as a Fire Ecologist in AZ and eventually to McCall in 2006. She and her husband Rod Dines have two Children, both born in McCall - Zoey and Bodhi. Raising kids and working in fire were not a good match so she decided to dive into her other passion which is teaching yoga. She teaches our senior population here in McCall. She took that passion of helping others into real estate. She and her family have a dog named River and 5 chickens plus a crazy cat named Marcel. Kathy enjoys people and life in McCall.

Buyer reviewWe found Kathy by accident but it was truly Kismet. We were looking for a small boutique agency to represent us in our quest to find a vacation home, but no other brokerage firm was open (Friday morning) and Century 21, Kathy, happened to be in her office when we stumbled in. I knew it was a match made in heaven when she sat and listened to our questions and printed off several listings for us without interrogation. She asked just enough questions to know what we were looking for without being intrusive. We left, she had perfect follow up without coming across strong. She was perfection. My husband wasn't sold on a 2nd home, I was. She sat back and followed by lead. When we were ready, she was quick.....never missed a beat and was on top of everything. Absolutely everything. We loved everything about her and I am quite certain we will be friends for a very long time. We never felt like money or the commission were important to her. It was all about our happiness and quality of life.

Kathy is punctual and timely, but she is also patient when necessary.
