I am Keenan Carrawell. A Navy veteran who served 8 years as a Logistics Specialist. That job in the military required excellent customer service which transitioned to my real estate career. With my military background, I understand the demanding and unstable life the military can cause which makes it easier for me to understand the military lifestyle. In my spare time, I coach 6u Football for kids of Virginia Beach.

Within a few days he was able to give clear details of what i needed to get the ball rolling on the sell. Everything was clear and concise. He orchestrated everything about the sell once i decided to put it on the market. Keenan gave a great estimate for what things would cost for repairs and inspections and provided receipts.

When I texted and emailed him he responded promptly. He never wanted me to feel pressured with any of my decisions. He's also someone that I can still rely on to this day.
