Seller reviewKelley is truly a professional person. We experienced a particular complex issue in attempting to have my mortgage company issue a partial release of interest in a small piece of a large property. It took 4 months to accomplish this, and Kelley hung in there 100% of the time. She is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I feel I am fortunate to have Kelley be the broker of this property. In addition, It was necessary for me to retain legal counsel to deal with the mortgage company. Kelley Skillin-Smith professionally and effectively interacted with all involved, especially with my attorney.

Seller reviewWe received a flyer in the mail about a recent sale in our neighborhood that Kelly had done and had gotten a good price for. That is a great approach to getting your name out and getting people to think about selling their own home. Kelly has a great personality and it was great getting to know her. She is very on top of schedules and making sure things are done up front so you don't run into issues at closing time. She has great attention to detail so you don't have to worry about missing anything.

I actually contacted her two years prior and she gave us invaluable recommendations based on her market experience and local knowledge. We accepted her advice, waited, and contacted her again when we were ready. Again, she gave us excellent advice and gently steered us in the right direction to get what we wanted. Again, we trusted her and followed her advice. Preparing to sell was stressful and involved a lot of hard work, but Kelley was in daily contact with us and had great connections for services we needed, and managed our expectations (and emotions!) well.
