Kelly and I have worked together in the past pertaining to the sale of my property and the purchasing of another property. Kelly is very good at what she does. She is honest, knowledgeable, and very willing to make the sale / purchase go as easily as possible. She does care about her clients needs, wants and wishes. She also has a very outstanding personality which makes the transaction go so nicely. I would 100 % recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell their home. We had some contact with Kelly many years ago when she worked with her father at Hammer Construction. Mr. Hammer built our previous home and at times we spoke with Kelly regarding some of our questions. My husband and I were very happy that Kelly helped us with finding a new home. She took us to places that we asked about and also some places she thought we might be interested in. We communicated by phone calls, texts and e-mails. If Kelly was not available at the time I tried contacting her, she would get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Kelly was very helpful in letting us know what to do to prepare for the selling of our home. After we had an offer on our home she kept us informed of what we would need to do concerning the different paperwork that we would be seeing and signing. We were very pleased with the selling of our home and with the help of finding a new home.

As far as I'm concerned Kelly is an exceptional agent. I have no experience in selling a property so I have no idea what is expected of an agent. I was a seasonal owner and when there was repair and painting needed she met with the handyman to approve the estimate and scheduled and met him for the repair date. She met with this individual again when painting needed to be done after a water issue was repaired. When radon was in question, she picked up a test kit, performed the test and mailed it in for the results. She kept me informed of any issues and had resolutions to the problem so I did not have to worry about it. She is friendly, professional and a genuinely nice person. As you can see in a prior chart, I rated Kelly as excellent in all the character qualifications. She is polite, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy and all the other character traits listed. She was always accessible to me. If I had to leave a message, she returned my calls immediately. I was able to contact her via phone, cell phone, text and email which I greatly appreciated because I am a night owl and I could email her my thoughts and questions. I would highly recommend Kelly Denmark to anyone looking for an agent.
