I cannot think of one occasion that she did not meet our requests to visit a potential property, understanding that we were more than a hour away. She always provided thoughtful insights into whatever property we viewed, and she clearly gathered perceptions and impressions of what we were looking for, what "specs" were most important to us, and provided input and her opinion of a property when we would request an appointment, or forwarding potential properties to our attention. There was never a hint of talking us out of looking at something, rather accounting for what she learned as the critical features of our "wants". She provided appropriate input when we considered making offers. We learned to trust her input. In the final month of our search, I was watching the local news. A commercial came on, and I felt like she was talking to me. She was our TOP GUN!! We got lucky!
