Ken did a terrific job showing our house and bringing qualified buyers to our property. He took the time to gather information helpful to the sale of our property and was able to present this information to potential buyers. His knowledge of the market and trends, area surrounding our home, and history of the neighborhood was the key factor to using Ken in listing our home.

Ken kept in touch with us throughout the sale to keep us updated, and was ALWAYS willing to answer our silly questions without hesitation. If he didn't have answer, he found out what it was a called us immediately after getting the answer. We were very happy with the yard sign he put out. It was a very nice, professional sign, which made us feel much better about putting a sign out. We didn't want a sign out, actually, but once we saw it, we were actually very pleased with it. He was prompt with getting the contracts done, getting documentation to/from us, etc. We also believe that he gave us an excellent sales price estimate. After I researched houses for sale that were comparable to ours, our price was a little higher, but we sold it very quickly for the price we were asking. Ken is so personable and helpful. We probably would not have listed with an agent, but were so pleased with his professionalism and attention to our idea of selling our house that we had no concerns at all about using him as our agent. In fact, we are using him to buy our new house, and hopefully using him again to sell our second house in Texarkana.

He was very knowledgeable and attentive to what we were looking for in our home! Ken walked us through all the steps and made sure we understood everything. Not only will we recommend Ken to others to help them with the purchase of their home in the area, we feel he has also become a friend. We found our forever home, so we won't need his services again for ourselves, but if we ever do need to purchase another property we will defiantly work with Ken!
