I can't say enough wonderful things about Kevin and Randy Porizek and what whirlwind we had together selling my Dads home after he passed. They were there every step of the way and always there with a quick response. They also were excellent at keeping me up to date on everything happening with the home and everything involved in the process we were going thru. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I can not say enough good words about Randy Porizek that tell of my appreciation and respect for him as my Property Manager first and then representing me as my selling agent. I live 500 miles norh of Torrance in Chico CA. I have inherited a unique family situation with a property in Lawndale CA. Family members have been living in the small home since 2010 without paying monthly rent. It's now time for a change . To me Randy was a God send. He took on a sensitive family situation and professionally walked all of us through the hoops and snares with style and grace. After 2 years of P.M. he became my agent for the sale of this Lawndale property. As far as Randy knowing his business he is an ACE!. He is well informed and knows how to get answers if need be.
