Kim is a Florida native who has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. She has a background in home building, remodeling, investing, and owning vacation rental property, as well as managing multiple commercial properties as a large commercial tenant. She loves being involved in real estate, and thoroughly enjoys the process of home-hunting, buying, selling, and helping others through those processes as seamlessly as possible.
Her attention to detail, knowledge of the real estate market, and care for her customers make Kim a great choice for helping sellers find the right buyers for their homes and negotiating the best price possible, as well as helping buyers to locate the perfect home, obtain financing, and address other issues in purchasing a home, whether it's their first purchase or their final home for retirement.
Kim lives with her husband in Apollo Beach. They have two children, a grandson, and two dogs, all of whom they love to spoil. She enjoys traveling, photography, boating, fishing, hiking, going to the beach and spending lots of time relaxing with her family and friends.
