The Triangle has been my home for many years and I love the Southern Charm of the area. Keeping up-to-date on current market conditions enables me to provide my buying and selling clients with data to price or buy their homes strategically. From a service standpoint, my clients appreciate my continued communication throughout the transaction and my proactive approach to troubleshoot issues before they become problems. After closing, my clients are always happy that I guided them through the process every step of the way to meet their real estate goals.

Seller reviewKim Parke is the consummate real estate professional. She goes above-and-beyond every step of the way and I'd give her six stars if I could. I interviewed six realtors and Kim immediately stood out from the pack -- she was knowledgeable, proactive, professional, nice, honest, and added value from the get-go by providing a thoughtful market analysis and marketing proposal, as well as excellent counsel. Kim's value-added and strategic counsel were worth their weight in gold. For example, before we went to market a comparable property was listed and immediately went into escrow. Not only did Kim know about the comp, but she toured the property, spoke with the selling agent, and presented a compare-and-contrast of our property versus the other that helped us make important decisions about where to price. Further, I live out-of-state and Kim was not only my eyes and ears, but she also took the lead on everything that needed to happen to prepare the property for sale. And she had thoughtful recommendations on high-gain improvements that more than paid for themselves. I've done a few "for sale by owners" over the years and am so glad to have partnered with Kim Parke on the sale of our property. Yes, it was a desirable home in a great neighborhood, but thanks to Kim we had multiple offers above our asking price. Again, from start to finish, Kim Parke was a pleasure to work with. I expect 110% from my business partners -- and Kim crushed it. If you are buying or selling a home in the Triangle, I highly recommend that you speak with Kim.

As first time home buyers, she helped clarify the process so we knew what to expect and was always quick to answer the questions we had.
