Personal Profile

Kimberly Carmichael, originally from Lebanon, IN, now resides in Carmel, IN. She studied at IUPUI and earned her Certification for Clinical Medical Assistant from PCI. Additionally, she is a Certified Doula and Health Coach. Kimberly obtained her real estate license in 2022, following a 25-year personal journey of buying, selling, remodeling, building, and flipping homes-a passion that evolved from a hobby into a fulfilling career. Her love for design and decorating, combined with her desire to offer valuable assistance to others, inspired this career shift.

As a realtor, Kimberly's strengths lie in her empathy, compassion, patience, and ability to de-escalate and calm stressful situations. She possesses a keen eye for real estate potential and has extensive knowledge of the financial and physical aspects of project planning and execution. Kimberly is a staunch advocate for her clients, treating them with honesty, transparency, and dedication.

Kimberly is a proud mother of three. Her older daughter and son, along with their families, live in Charleston, SC, where she became a grandmother on New Year's Eve 2022-just after passing her real estate exam. Her youngest child will be a sophomore at Zionsville High School in the fall. At home, Kimberly enjoys the company of her three small, elderly dogs, affectionately likened to the Golden Girls.

In her spare time, Kimberly embraces the outdoors and is a regular at Spenga in Carmel. A former competitive ballroom dancer, she seizes any opportunity to dance. She volunteers at local events, including the Carmel Marathon, and enjoys Saturday walks to the farmers market. Kimberly frequently travels to Charleston to visit her grandson and enjoys cooking for her 16-year-old son and attending his lacrosse games, cherishing the moments spent with him.

Kimberly's favorite aspect of being a realtor is the opportunity to help people navigate the often overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. Whether it's due to life changes such as marriage, divorce, family growth, downsizing, a new job, or investment opportunities, Kimberly finds immense reward in guiding clients through these personal and significant transitions. Being trusted to support them through their journey is a role she holds with great honor and dedication.
