As first time home buyers, my fiancé & I stepped into a realm we knew nothing about. Kimberly kept us informed, of both pros & cons, throughout the entire process. Buyer reviewLiving in Florida, my wife and I wanted to relocate to Ohio to be with family. My daughter suggested Kimberly Clardy, her pastor's wife, as an agent. We agreed and it was the wisest move we have ever made. Agent Kimberly went out of her way (time and effort) on many occasions to help us find the right house within our price range; a task that was not easily accomplished with our living in Florida during a 'seller's market.' It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Kimberly knows her business. Super responsive, friendly, professional, answered all my questions... I cannot say enough good. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell a home, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better Realtor. She is one of the best!!
