Kristen was stellar in helping reach a negotiation with the sellers, and took point with all of the scheduling around the closing process (which was a lifesaver for a new buyer like me). She has an extremely trustworthy demeanor, like she is your friend who genuinely wants to see both the buyer and seller happy with the results.
