She made great suggestions to sell our home quickly. She was very professional even in the most difficult times and very easy to talk to. She stayed in touch through every little process. She would update us after every showing even if it was to let us know she hadn't heard anything yet. She never kept us in the dark about anything. She never made us feel like we were being too difficult or we were a bother. She answered every call, text, and ridiculous question we had. She was literally just a phone call/text away if we needed her. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Kristin. She will be our first choice when we get ready to buy our next property. We will highly recommend her to EVERYONE!!

I contacted Kristin who reviewed my property information and gave me an opinion of value quite a bit more than I had originally had it under contract for. Following her advice on pricing, the property was under contract within 8 days and closed successfully. Her advice helped me get a fair price for my lot and she helped me understand each stage of the transaction all the way to the closing. I will definitely use Kristin again when I buy or sell anything in the future. She has my highest recommendation.
