Buyer reviewKyle is an excellent buyer's agent. We were referred to him by a relative. He has a good eye for issues with potential homes - he pointed out quite a few issues with homes that we would not have noticed otherwise (minor water damage, poor location, poor resale, etc). He was professional and responded quickly to all of our questions - and we had a LOT, especially when it came to what all the different terms in the contract meant. He helped us negotiate a lower selling price and a fair amount of closing credits, so we ended up getting a great deal. Kyle has a lot of knowledge and resources - he connected us with a fantastic lender and gave us plenty of contacts for home improvement. As first time homebuyers, Kyle did a great job and we would recommend him to other buyers, first time or otherwise.
