He knew how to negotiate effectively and make sure that we were getting the home we desired at a fair price according to our budget. We have a newborn and he even went above and beyond to help watch our baby as we toured homes and signed paperwork at closing. Landon is great at the little things and big things alike!

When that deal fell through, he continued to look for us and show us houses even though it wasn't in the area he normally serviced.
